Little Flower Farm is moving!
Our new home is a historic 25 acre farm nestled in a hillside in Marine on St. Croix!
We will miss our incredible members here in Southwest Michigan, but are excited to be moving back to be amongst our MN members.
We will be moving this October, after our 2011 season here in Michigan comes to a close, and will be preparing our new fields and pastures for the 2012 CSA season!
Congratulations, it sounds like you are very happy about the move! I would have liked to have visited your farm in Greenville, LOL, but I only just "found" you ;)
ReplyDeleteYES!!! Congratulations, Chiara and Shane & girls!! So glad to have you back in MN. We hope to be back there ourselves in a couple years and can't wait to buy your yummy veggies. Welcome back to the Land of 10,000 Lakes, and God bless you in your transition!
ReplyDeletewhile I am happy for you...so sad for me! the weekly gift of beautiful delicious healthy veggies, I was already looking forward to next year!
ReplyDeleteI stumbled across your blog from this article a friend posted (http://www.mlive.com/food/index.ssf/2011/06/gowen_takes_stock_in_bounty_of.html), and as a St Paul resident, I must say I'm glad you are coming to Minnesota! I think we must be kindred souls...as a Wendell Berry reader/serious Catholic/farm girl at heart, I find you and your family's story inspiring! It is our dream to someday run a CSA/spiritual retreat center. I hope that your move goes well, and perhaps we'll be able to get our own share this coming year :)
ReplyDeleteMy heart is heavy as I prepare to leave Minnesota tomorrow and you prepare to arrive here in a few weeks. Our paths seem destined not to cross again for a while, but know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers. Look for us in December when we're in town for a wedding. Love from the almost-Brunos :)
